Some of the results sheets have markings on them - Burgess Hill Runners times highlighted, for example. These are from the distant pre-digital age, so if anyone has a nice clean copy of these could you let me have a scan of them?

Just looked at the results for last year and I notice that the time for Arena 80 Vet team leg 11 was an amazing 27:32 (over 10 minutes faster than any other team that day).
It equates to 5:15min/mile pace approx. (next best was 7:10'ish).
Is that possible? it's a tough leg, if the runner was an exceptionally fast runner, why are there not two other legs with outstanding times?

That's a good question. The leg times were based on the time of day when each leg was completed, and the total time for the team is based on the official clock at the start and finish. The team's times matched that exactly. Does anyone from Arena know who ran the leg, because I'd like a pint of whatever he was drinking!
